American Woodmark Bumper Machine |

American Woodmark commissioned us to build a machine that would adhere bumpers to their cabinetry doors. In three months we designed a machine that could do just that. They had wanted a machine that could attach the anti-rattling devices on a mass-production scale. The machine we designed and built could adhere bumpers to the cabinetry at a rate of 300 feet per minute. Over the course of 10 years, we built a total of 6 machines for American Woodmark. The build time for each machine was 8 weeks. |

American Woodmark Paint Booth Using type 304 stainless steel, we designed and built this paint booth for American Woodmark to meet EPA regulations. It took us just two months to design and build a machine that serves as a pass-through for wooden cabinet doors. The booth catches the paint overspray and skims it from the water to meet EPA air-quality standards.
